Mountain Transit’s RIM Weekend Trolley is returning for its third season beginning Friday May 17th!  The RIM Weekend Trolley will run every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through October 27th.

The RIM Weekend Trolley schedule has been expanded this season to begin a bit earlier in the day than previous years, and includes extended evening hours until 10:30pm allowing riders to enjoy evening entertainment, dining and concert events without having to drive or find parking.

The Rim Trolley route begins in TopTown/Crestline travels through Lake Gregory, Blue Jay Village, Twin Peaks, Skyforest, and Lake Arrowhead before turning around at the Cedar Glen Post office.   Stops of interest include SkyPark at Santa’s Village, The Tudor House and Lake Arrowhead Village.

If you are looking for a way to enjoy any of the RIM area’s many music, art, dining and entertainment options that abound in summer season, the RIM Weekend Trolley is a great way to explore. Our friendly Trolley Conductors are happy to share fun facts and answer questions about the communities you will travel through as you enjoy the scenery.

For only $5.00, your Trolley weekend Pass allows for unlimited re-boarding all weekend on the Trolley. (If you are a senior, Veteran or person with a disability the weekend pass in only $2.50) Tickets may be purchased directly from the Conductor.

Use your weekend pass and disembark at any point to enjoy whatever activities catch your eye, before re-boarding and heading to the next location.

With so many great restaurants, shopping and activities to choose from this summer such as Friday Night Concerts at Skypark or Lake Gregory’s FREE Fresh Market Concert Series, Corks and Hops in Crestline and Top Town, concerts every Friday Saturday and Sunday at  Lake Arrowhead Village, or Live Theater at the Tudor House; a weekend Trolley Pass is your pass for summer fun!
