COVID-19 emergency service plan is still in effect. Mountain Transit continues to provide essential transit service. Face coverings are required to ride, and contactless mobile fare payment is strongly recommended. If you're unable to practice social distancing, we advise waiting for the next bus. Effective 3/15/21, Route 5 Service has been reinstated to Mondays and Fridays completing two round trips.

Mountain Transit will hold a public hearing regarding upcoming service changes in the Big Bear Lake Area which will go in effect on April 27, 2020.

The hearing will be held on March 23, 2020 from 2:30 PM – 3:30 pm at Mountain Transit Transfer Center/Office

Mountain Transit representatives will be on hand to describe service and fare changes and hear public comment for fixed routes 1, 11, 3 and 7 (Big Bear Trolley.)
